I find, when I'm making things up as I go along, thinking it will be something quick and easy to do, I make more mistakes than if I was following a pattern - even a more complicated one. I write this after winging it yesterday with some 4.5 inch HSTs which then had to be unpicked and became 4inch HSTs which then weren't big enough to make the block I needed so I had to devise a cunning plan to bring it up to size. *sigh*tialyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04589595958608901040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-412097977899482006.post-18459329042564568932020-05-29T03:18:26.378-07:002020-05-29T03:18:26.378-07:00I've always felt Turkey Tracks was an un-prett...I've always felt Turkey Tracks was an un-pretty name for a pretty block... But no, I really must make another Parterre block or that quilt will take 4 years to finish too!Kate Chiconihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04652877007861293620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-412097977899482006.post-82032538890080474182020-05-28T21:44:41.680-07:002020-05-28T21:44:41.680-07:00I do like the other fabrics, they will both fit in...I do like the other fabrics, they will both fit in so well.
